These things are a bit on the slicker side compared to the standard flop ball, but have enough grip to not slip and slide all over the place, these really help you hone accuracy and allow for some seriously fun slide slides and roll tricks. The glow is astronomically bright, even so, I can even see it with the lights ON. But with the lights out its like your playing with an astro pellet. Its quite marvelous to actually still maintain hand eye coordination in pitch black, just basing your hands and flow off of the glow. So yes you can jam with this in the pitch black. Grab one, its worth it. The fill is about 90% so its a bit on the firmer side, but I like that about it, do with that info what you will. Rock on!
